I am a LCSW licensed in the states of Idaho and Texas. I work with young adults to retirees and all ages in between. I've been in practice for many years and have loved being a support to those passing through my practice. Navigating college life and career planning, relationships, parenting, life stressors, work place changes and life transitions, anxiety, boundary work, self esteem issues and parenting challenges are all common themes among those I work with.

I offer a relaxed space for clients to process, explore and when appropriate to challenge themselves. I bring a holistic approach to support your mental and emotional well-being, looking for root causes rather than a focus on surface symptoms. With a focus on growth and restoration, my approach encompasses various therapeutic modalities, ensuring that clients receive comprehensive and personalized care.

My Story

Welcome to Rise and Redefine Wellness. I hold a BSW and MSW (2023) degree and am licensed in Idaho and Texas as a LCSW. My journey includes case management, individual therapy, on call crisis services and collaborating with community, medical and mental health professionals of all types. The past several years have been spent in private practice working with adults of all ages with a variety of therapeutic needs. Now residing in Texas with my family and two goofy golden doodles, I am passionate about my work as a therapist and contributing to the well-being of those I serve.
